Can I store passwords with this?

No. For passwords use a slow algorithm such as bcrypt, scrypt or Argon2. Plain SHA hashes are too fast for that.

Why is MD5 missing?

Web Crypto does not support MD5, and MD5 is unsafe for security purposes.
